About Me
I’m Burhan Sürensoy, a passionate scuba instructor and ocean advocate.
My connection with the sea began in childhood and has never faded.
Even during my 26-year professional career in Information Technology, the ocean was always a part of me.
In 2010, I discovered scuba diving by coincidence — and it changed everything.
By 2015, I became a Dive Master, and in 2018, I took the next step to become a Scuba Instructor.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing my passion for the ocean with others, helping them experience the same sense of calm, confidence, and connection that diving brings.
My Mission
For me, diving isn’t just going underwater — it’s a journey of self-discovery, awareness, and respect for nature.
I always remind my students of one simple truth:
“We are only guests beneath the surface.”
My goal is to train confident, responsible divers who respect and protect the marine environment.
Every diver I teach represents another step toward a more conscious and sustainable underwater world.
