Intermediate Training - From movement to awareness

You can already dive. Now the question is not what you do underwater —but how aware you are while doing it. This level is where divers stop repeating skills and start understanding themselves underwater.

WHO THIS TRAINING IS FOR (AND NOT FOR)

This training is for divers who:

  • feel “something is missing” despite experience

  • want calm, not performance

  • are ready to question their habits

This training is not for:

  • those chasing depth, time, or numbers

  • divers who want shortcuts

  • anyone unwilling to slow down

WHAT WE FOCUS ON

Intermediate training focuses on:

  • awareness before technique

  • breathing as a control system

  • positioning without tension

  • decision-making between moments, not during drills

Nothing is rushed.
Nothing is performed.
Everything is observed.

TRANSITION TO NEXT LEVEL

This level doesn’t prepare you for advanced training. It prepares you to understand why you’re ready for it — or not. Awareness comes before mastery. Always.

OUTCOME

You won’t just dive more.
You’ll dive better.

With fewer corrections.
With calmer decisions.
With more awareness.

If you feel there’s a gap between your certification and your confidence,
this is where that gap closes.

WHAT THIS LEVEL REALLY MEANS

Intermediate training is not about collecting dives or cards. It’s about removing noise. At this level, we slow everything down. Not to make things easier — but to make them clearer.

You begin to notice:

  • how you breathe when stressed

  • how your body reacts before your mind

  • how small habits shape every dive
